Whimsical Visions Copyright Information

Under the current copyright laws in both the US and internationally, all creative intellectual property--including written works and art--is copyrighted the moment it leaves the original creator's mind and is set down in physical form.
(No Commercial use will be allowed either. If anyone is going to make money off what I do, it better be me. Got that?)

Meaning it's MINE! Yes MINE! Hear that mad maniacal laughter? Now, here is all that I ask if you would like to use my images:

Just because I have placed it on the internet, does NOT mean it's here for you to steal and take credit for it. It's my labor on these pages. My imagination and concepts and hence, I own them unless I note otherwise.

PLEASE let me know you want to use my art and where you are using it. If you alter it in any way, I would like to know that also and still be credited for the original design.

Why do I want that? That's very easy to tell!

  1. I will feel very flattered!

  2. I will be tickled pink and floating that some one else liked my work!

  3. Everyone I know has told me I should ask for this.

  4. I am a firm believer in giving credit, where credit is due.

  5. If you don't tell me and I find out, I will be flattered at first, then peeved that you didn't read this and follow the simple rules. Then I would get my lawyer to contact you and that's when it gets ugly and goes down hill rapidly from there.

  6. Did I mention how ecstatic I would be to KNOW someone is using my work?

  7. As in the case with any artist, the work I do takes time and energy and to put it simply, it's mine. I put in my labor to make it. I designed the concept and I allow others to view it and use it with the above stated permissions.

See now? Isn't that simple?
Mail me to let me know your using anything of mine!
