Can be obtained in
either a dust form used in B-town Blue or other herbal
smoke, or as a Elixir. Creates a mellowing sensation upon
the user, making them more easily controlled. Side effects
is that the users eyes become clouded with a blue haze. If
taken for long periods of time, user becomes more of a
zombie. Highly addictive to both humans and Elves. |

| Peca, aka "Dragon's Milk" |
Elven name: Abed
Peca'aryn. Highly addictive to elves. Can be deadly for
humans. This can also be a paste. Liquid form. Its effects:
Euphoria, invincibility, hallucinogen. In later stages of
use it causes paranoia, irrational fears, edginess, dry
mouth, and apathy towards everything else except for getting
more. Very similar to a cross between ecstasy and acid. It
is a permanent addiction, no cure known except the obvious;
Don’t use it. Withdrawals: Dry mouth, always thirsty,
shakes, irrational thoughts, psychotic tendencies. |

| Peca Paste |
Peca in a white
paste. First you slice open a vein then you apply the paste,
following this with a Goldenrod salve to heal the cut and
keep it free of infection, (for Elves Goldenrod creme works
almost instantly.) It's supposed to get Elves higher than if
they drank it. (See Peca for more details.) |

They are only found in the Borderlands. Effective on both

| Fairy Dust |
Decorative with many
other uses! Fairy dust can be inhaled, absorbed through the
skin, eaten, and smoked. It effects elves and other fay
races only, creates a mildly euphoric effect in some humans.
Its effects are; increased energy, euphoria, hallucinogen,
it enhances visually and audibly. This is what would be
considered a "Club drug". It holds some mental
addictions, but is usually harmless. No long term effects.
Certainly if taken in a large quantity one could die, but it
would have to be intentional. Many B-Town elves wear this
dust just about everywhere they can, from clothing to nail
polish to sprinkling it upon your body. Fairy dust is very
popular and prominent. Brings on a state of happiness to the
user. |
